  • Proper CO2 Ventilation

hello all, I am currently in the process of starting a brewpub in Rosario, Argentine. Our brewhouse and fermentors will be installed in the basement of the brewpub. I have been asked by our construction team the amounts of CO2 that will be expelled into the brewery, to determine what kinds of ventilation fans will be installed. We have one 14bbl and two 7bbl fermentors and 6 brite tanks. Assuming that I have a vigourous fermentation from all fermentors, and then decide to completely de-pressurize say 2 of my 6 brite tanks @ 15psi...how much CO2 would be left sitting in the brewery to suffocate me ? Suffucation I would like to avoid, but I have no idea how much CO2 this equates to. The basement area is roughly 50 square METERS...not feet. Any thoughts people?
