    I am looking for a clean yeast cake. I am in MD and would greatly appricate it. I am fermenting 80 gallons.

        not really sure what you mean by a yeast "cake". Why not just order some yeast from whitelabs?

          The yeast that comes out of the fermenter after fermenting is what I call a yeast cake. Am I saying this wrong?
          I dont want to pay for whitelabs if I could get it for free.

          Its looking like I am going to have to build a starter for it. Which is around 17 gallons.

            buy a pitchable, homebrewsized slurry and prop it up.
