Vinyl beer lines

We are nearly set to open to the public and installed our beer lines running from our serving tanks. We are using beer pumps and FOB's, so the amount of 3/16" vinyl restriction line is significant. Our beers are pourning fine at the tap. However, after sitting without a pour for only a couple hours, the beer takes on a plastic flavor. I assume that this flavor is coming from the vinyl hose. The hose was thoroughly cleaned. I am confident that eventually all of this 'flavor' will leach out of the new hose and we won't have a problem with it any more, but does anybody have experience with this? Is there a way to expidite this, or do we need to just wait it out? Or am I off in my diagnosis of the problem, and something else must be done? Thanks for any help.

What are you waiting for? Do you want to go out of business before you even get started? Do it the right way. I don't think a vinyl beer line is the right way.
