Vortex prevention

Any one know where I may get a vortex preventer? So I can use less foundation water while cleaning a brite or serving vessel. I remember them as a stainless X that sets on the outlet of the tank

Just throw (carefully place) a 1 1/2" TC Tee over the drain. I've used this method for years.
