  • Need A simple keg filler

I have a great keg cleaner from Premier Stainless, but looking for a simple 2-4 heard semi-auto keg filler. Does anyone know where to find one?

We built a manual 4-head filler. Saves lots of time, we basically use our DME cleaner/filler as a cleaner and then fill the kegs with our homemade filler. I can snap some pics of it if you want. Pretty easy, just some welding and fittings.

I would be interested in seeing the pics on how you have your keg filler setup.

      Thanks,

          Ditto on stealing ideas!

Would appreciate the chance to see the homebrewed keg filler as well!

          Cheers

The pics aren't really showing what I want, so I'm drawing sone basic diagrams. I'll scan them into PDFs and post them by Sunday.

                    keg filler

I bought a tri-clamp manifold from GW Kent and connected hoses with keg couplers to it so I can fill four kegs at a time. I can also do a hot water rinse of the lines, steam sanitize, and a CO2 purge with the extra ports on the manifold.

Are you guys using any type of pump or just pressure from the brite tanks? Also do you have any issues with foaming when filling multiple kegs at once? Are you using any type of counter pressure or restriction on the CO2 out side of the taps? Thanks!

We basically have the same setup, but with 2 manifolds. One for beer and one for gas out/CO2 in for head pressure. I'll post the drawings tonight.

No. Apparently Jazzmac is just a keg tease!
