  • Too alcoholic beer

    Just curious about my last brew, in fact, 4 last brews, Im brewing Golden ale with 11.5ºP , I ferment with US 05 fermentis at 18ºC, after a couple of days, I take a sample (100 ml) and I feel my self drunk, I dont know why, I brew with 250 gr of yeast per 500 litres of wort, what am I doing wrong?

    First, I would suggest to calibrate your instrumentation.

    Secondly, limit your sampling on an empty stomach.

      All instrumentation is calibrated, and I drink samples after breakfast
      any advice?
