    7 Bbl Pub brewing system

    Hello forum!

    We are a start up brewery considering buying a used 7 bbl pub brewing system. Steam fired with an electric boiler and 15 bbl fermenters. Can anyone provide reason as to why we should not or things to be careful of, specific to this system and set up.

    I appreciate your insight. This forum has always been very helpful. Thanks.
