Seeking source for tapered pedestal draft tower

We decided on a draft tower design for our new pub as shown below. However upon contacting the manufacturer (Polar Beer Systems), they only sell the towers as part of a full installation. Does anyone in the probrewer community know of a different source for this style tower, an internet search thusfar has proven fruitless.

You can try the Ukrainian Beer Company. I believe they are out of Vancouver B.C. I will get their number tomorrow when I go back to brewery.
