    We just added a special menu that has farro in one of the dishes. So I want to make a farro beer. Sounds like I can use it like raw wheat. Any one ever use the stuff?

    I think it is pretty much the same as spelt, and that you can use it in exactly the same way as raw wheat. I have used farro in homebrew before, but never in a substantial quantity, no more than 8% of the grain bill.
