    To a large extent, yes. No more yeast activity, at least.

    Flavor changes will occur over time in any beer. Complicated beers will still tend to change as flavors integrate. Hops tend to mellow. And of course, beers eventually go bad...

    But big (positive) changes in flavor don't tend to happen to pasturized beer.
