Out-of-work, creative brewer looking for a position in his beloved field! I have 11 years of knowledge and experience in all aspects of brewhouse production. My passion is "BIG" beers, lambics, oaking, anything out of the ordinary. I'm a medal seeking brewer with the drive and desire to outshine the competition.
