Ogden Temp controls help

Hi all,
I have a whole bunch of ETR-9090s that I am connecting in both my brewhouse and for control of solenoids for glycol. Yes, I know that I could read the manual. The manual is over 100 pages and I am not an engineer, nor an electrician. Does anyone out there know of a good tutorial on programming, these for their different uses in the brewery.

Jeff I don't have any of these, But there is a pretty complete and (for this processor based PID) a relatively easyto follow PFD here http://www.ogdenmfg.com/pdf/etr9090.pdf

Only 22 pages...still not an easy primer. I'd play with one for a week or so to help discover it's capabilities.
