    We do not use a yeast nutrient, but it is my understanding that Servomyces delivers an appropriate amount of zinc. White Labs, I think, would be your source. Also, I have heard of some breweries using Zinc Sulfate, although I don't have any experience with that whatsoever. I know a few brewers using Servomyces and they have had great results with it.

      I looked at the cost of Servomyces and ran the other way.
