    Port Brewing/The Lost Abbey is looking to add to its talented staff to assist in daily tasks in all phases and facets of our production brewery. We are on pace to surpass 10,000 bbls of beer this year and are looking to add experienced brewers to our current staff. We offer an incredibly diverse portfolio of beers producing over 30 different beers per year. We also maintain one of the largest collections of barrels for aging beer.

    Duties include but are not limited to: Raw material handling, brewhouse operations, CIP processes, information management, housekeeping, cellar -related operations, yeast and wort handling, dissolved oxygen and CO2 checks, packaging operations, etc.

    You must:
    Have a great attitude.
    Work on your feet for over eight hours at a time
    Lift up to 55lbs repeatedly
    Work in extreme temperatures for extended periods of time
    Work in loud production environments
    Work with chemicals of varying composition
    Work from heights
    Work in damp/wet areas
    Work in confined spaces

    Applicants should feel comfortable with the prospect of working overnight, early morning or evening shifts.

    A formal brewing education and/or work experience relative to the position is highly desirable, but not necessary.
