- Oversee the daily maintenance of brewery facility and brewery equipment.
- Repair of company equipment and minimizing process down time.
- Install and/or fabricate for new process and design.
- Researching specifications, Ordering, and inventory of parts.
- Cleanliness and organization of tools and maintenance areas.
- Keeping track of manuals and developing records/SOP’s in maintenance.
- Following all OEM requirements of machinery and company SOP’s.
- Train employees on any necessary maintenance they must perform.
- Follow all company, state, and federal regulations.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a brewery or similar industries. Candidate should possess an aptitude at basic equipment maintenance, basic fabrication, and inventory and record keeping. Welding is a plus.
