Craft Brewers Alliance representing high quality hand crafted beers with a portfolio from Widmer Brothers Brewing Company, Redhook Ale Brewery and Kona Brewing Co. has an immediate opening for a Brewing Project Manager at the Widmer Brothers Brewery in Portland, Oregon. This position reports to and assists the Brewmaster with tracking and implementing brewing projects at any CBA brewery.

Summary:
Support the Company's mission statement and corporate values.
Analyze Brewing data and procedures and report findings.
Analyze Quality data and report findings.
Help develop, implement, and track projects at various brewing locations.
Assist Brewmaster and/or other production managers and Directors with various projects as assigned.
Interface with vendors to help manage raw materials.
Track raw material usage and projections.
Must have superb written and verbal communication skills, with significant competence w/ Excel/Microsoft suite.
Be familiar with basic QA and sanitation concepts.
Must work well with others and be comfortable in front of groups. Previous supervision/mgmt experience preferred.
Must be able to travel and work flexible hours, as well as work independently.
Attendance required per company policy. Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a science discipline is required.
Formal food science or brewing credentials from recognized institutions preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years experience in practical brewing or quality environments is required.
