What Happend to Brewpot, LLC?

I saw them at the 2010 CBC, tried to contact them a couple of times - no returned calls. I thought they had a great concept and platform...anyone know what happened, or if there's a good alternative? I checked out Untapped.com which looks kind of like it, but might not be as useful to me. I'm about to launch the CSB (community supported brewery) aspect of my brewery and something like brewpot would be invaluable.

Not really knowing what Brewpot was all about and with the limited info I could find on google....would ratebeer.com be a similar concept?
