Packaging Staff Job Description
The Santa Fe Brewing Co. is looking for enthusiastic hard workers to join our team. We are a rapidly growing business where initiative and dedication are highly valued and rewarded. Ideal applicants will be… 21 years of age or older, able to follow instruction, a hard worker, not afraid to get dirty, willing to change and grow with the company, and enjoy quality craft beer. The current responsibilities of the Packaging staff include, but are not limited to:
• Showing up for shifts 15 minutes early, ready to work, at the time you are scheduled to be here
• A great attitude
• Maintaining a high standard towards quality and detail
• Respect for fellow co-workers, supervisors, and managers
• Able to follow instructions
• Lift up to 55 pounds repeatedly
• Work on your feet for over eight hours at a time
• Working in hot, cold, and wet environments
• Working in loud production environments
• Adhere to all safety protocol
• Showing up for work dressed appropriately (closed toe shoes, pants, safety glasses, etc.)
Applicants should also possess the following skills:
• Strong mechanical ability with problem solving/troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work all shifts, additional hours & weekends as necessary
• A desire to learn and grow with the company
• Ability to drive a forklift
This is a part time position that will transition to full time as the summer season gets closer. Compensation and benefits to be determined individually based on background, and prior experience.
