Hey everybody,
I used to have this filling head/coupler that would allow beer to pass from the liquid through the gas side when the coupler was on the keg but not engaged. This allowed me to purge the air pocket that would inherently be there with beer thereby (in theory at least) lowering the packaged air of the kegged beer. I talked with micromatic and they said to give Jeff Gunn at IDD a call. Did that and Jeff said that he did not have any of them but they were referred to as the "Australian-style". I'd never heard of that before. In any case, the new ergos from micromatic look really nice, but they don't function as I would like them to. Anybody out there either have 6 of these older filling heads that they would like to be rid of or have a supplier that they can recommend to find such a coupler. Have already contacted GW Kent, Foxx, Perlick, St. Pats, and micromatic with no luck.
Thanks in advance,
Jeff Erway
