I've bought several Band-it tools for various start-ups and have been happy with them.

They are $135-$179 depending on where you buy.
When punching the clamp to fix it, I find it best NOT to have the hose end on the floor. This seems like the most sensible place do do the job but it's easy to bend your hose ferrule this way with all that force. Hold your hose off the floor and the ferrule will fare better.

I second Band-it and Band-It Jr. You will need a well anchored bench vise to use it properly.
