I´m using dry yeast packs and have noticed an off odour from the bottled beer after a month. After an other month the odour is gone. Better when fermenting at an lower temp and worse when fermenting at an higher temp (22-25 deg . celsius.)
I might have some problem with oxidation but not worse than many others ( I have tested toher breweries products with an air tester.
