SUMMARY:
The San Francisco Markets Manager performs functions to create and manage distributor partnerships, obtain sales, secure new business accounts, and service the needs of the existing sales accounts within an assigned territory by performing the duties listed below. The Manager performs functions to create new customers by supporting community events, building relationships via special events not tied to accounts, and executing special events sponsored by Ninkasi Brewing Co.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Have passion for craft beer & sales
• Intimate knowledge and understanding of the San Francisco market and on/ off premise accounts
• Possess high levels of energy & self-motivation
• Be organized, self-disciplined, detail oriented & sociable
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic industry
• Minimum 2 years sales experience
• College degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• Reliable transportation to service the sales territory and valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Vehicle insurance coverage that meets state minimum requirement
• Ability to work in the evenings and weekends when necessary
COMPENSATION:
