East Tennessee microbrewery looking for a head brewer.
We are looking for somebody with 2+ years of experience brewing in a production facility. If you have 2+ years then you know what the responsibilities are but just to name a few: wort production, fermentation management, cellar work, inventory management, etc.
Our system is a 25 BBL brew system. We have (3) 30 BBL fermenters, (2) 25 BBL conditioning tanks, and (2) 50 BBL serving tanks.
