Big Sky Brewing in Missoula, MT is looking for a full time cellar person for our swing shift. CIP, filtration, and yeast handling are the main duties involved. If you know how to work with barrels and firkins, even better. Experience in a real brewery and/or education is a must. Please do not send a resume if these do not apply.
