Question about second fermentation:

Does a Meheen have the ability to shoot yeast into bottles?

What are your recommendations when it comes to second fermentation:

Do you re-pitch into another tank?
In order to increase shelf life without pasteurization, do you filter after second fermentation?
Should I completely avoid second fermentation???
