Grand Teton Brewing Company is looking for a Senior Brewer to join our team in Teton Valley, Idaho, The World's Best Place to Craft Beer. We're an award-winning 10,000 barrel brewery with distribution in 15 states smartly growing to a planned 50-60,000 barrels. The Senior Brewer should have three years or more experience in a packaging brewery, preferably with a brewing education, though we will pay to send the right person to school.
The Senior Brewer will work collaboratively with the Brewmaster and the rest of the production team (brewers, cellarpersons and packagers) to ensure the highest quality standards and adherence to SOPs, and will have primary responsibility for recipe formulation and refinement. Further opportunity for creative expression will be found in our small but serious barrel-aged and sour beer programs.
