Production Mechanic
Responsibilities:
• Accurately follow directions, communicate, and work with fellow employees/management with positive attitude
• Work under pressure in fast paced environment
• Work 1st or 2nd shift with possible overtime
• Maintenance of hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic and all facets of bottling production facility
• Respond to emergency repairs at all times
• Train fellow employees in proper machine operation, changeover, preventative maintenance and cleaning, routinely and to standards
• Assist with bottling line/packaging changeover efficiently
Skills, Abilities, and Experience Necessary:
• Valid driver’s license with no DUI
• Minimum high school diploma
• Minimum three years maintenance experience
• Beverage or brewing production experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and respond to changing production pressures
• Ability to repair, adjust, and/or replace machinery as necessary
• Possess strong mechanical ability including welding, run a mill, lathe
• High level of electrical knowledge, electronic troubleshooting and repair skills, including PLC troubleshooting/programming
• HVAC and process refrigeration troubleshooting and maintenance
• Ability to stand for duration of work schedule, lift up to 60 pounds on a regular occurrence, reach overhead, bend and stoop.
