Brewery in El Cajon, CA. a San Diego, CA suburb, is looking for a full time employee brewer. Brewing is for a brewpub and brewery operation combined. This is a fast growing brewpub with great potential.
Duties to include: Brewing beers for the restaurant and for outside retail and wholesale markets. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Ordering materials for brewing of beer and maintenance of equipment. Maintaining production schedules, oversee employees, and much much more.
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience, and can make truly world class beers. 15 bbl brew system
Compensation negotiable.
