Head brewer needed for startup brewpub

We are in need of A brewmaster for a startup 7 bbl brewpub in Ohio. We will be looking for a brewer with experience as either a head or assistant brewer. Candidate will have to be experienced in recipe formulation and marketing. Any awards will be a plus. Competitive pay and housing will be provided. Brewer will also be producing beer for 2 bars not including the brewpub owned by the same group with plans to expand.
