Angel City Brewery - Assistant Brewer
Attention ALL brewery cellar dwellers. Are you looking for your next great opportunity?
We need an assistant brewer to be part of our expanding team. Does the idea of working with a well-respected, knowledgeable, highly entrepreneurial team … but having access to big craft resources appeal to you?
Do you have at least 3 years experience working in a production brewery of 15k bbls or more?
Do you love yeast and carbonation and cleanliness?
If you are nodding your head, “yes, yes, yes, yes” … we’d like to hear from you.
ANGEL CITY BREWERY NEEDS YOU if you have:
• B.S. in Brewing; B.S. in Food Science Technology, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering; or Brewers Diploma/Certification required;
• 3+ years professional brewing experience;
• Proven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
• Proven knowledge of Brewery operations;
• Proven ability to make knowledgeable, quick decisions in a fast- paced environment;
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access.
