Tasting Room Manager
The tasting room manager oversees operations and staffing of the bar, develops a knowledgeable and engaged staff, creates a safe and fun atmosphere for staff and customers, and sets a positive example for the rest of the bar staff to follow. This position involves the majority of time supervising and interacting with both staff and customers with the remainder spent on paperwork, scheduling, and meetings.
A successful candidate for this position MUST be honest, reliable, posses exceptional people skills, and must be a firm but also supportive leader. The candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently to solve problems. The candidate must be willing and able to train a top quality staff of passionate beer enthusiasts to share our products with the public.
At this time, the position will include significant bartending.
