Cellar Operator - Harpoon, Windsor VT

Great opportunity in VT! We have an opening in our Windsor brewery for a cellar operator.

REQUIREMENTS:

Min 2 years experience in cellaring or brewing in a production brewery
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of industrial controls and instrumentation
Passion for making great beer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operation of DE filter & centrifuge,
Fermenter & BBT cleaning & sanitizing, and
Checking gravities, DO & CO2.
Complete project work as assigned by supervisor, often outside of core discipline
