This position will report to the General Manager and will supervise brewing staff as well as order fulfillment and packaging staff on a daily basis. In addition to leadership, training, and organization, the successful candidate will also be focused on quality, consistency, safety and teamwork. Quality and consistency of our existing portfolios of beers is paramount, as is the ability to create innovative recipe’s that fit with the Capital Brewery culture. The Brew Master must have a passion to represent the brewery at events outside the brewery, including nights and weekends when required. Formal brewing and leadership experience is required, as is brewing education.
Capital Brewery is a well-established Craft Brewery with national recognition as first among peers for lager brewing and the winner of awards too numerous to count over its 26 year history. Currently, we are operating a 35 bbl production brewhouse with a projected 2012 production volume of 28,000 bbl. Capital Brewery Company is an equal opportunity employer.
