Ownership interest/partnership opportunity available for head brewmaster in Wausau, WI. We are offering a very competitive salary, and an ownership interest/partnership position, (with absolutely no buy-in), to an experienced brewmaster who can help us launch our new microbrewery! This one of a kind opportunity will be offered to the individual who can manage all aspects of our brewery. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with good communication skills, and a strong work ethic to take the flag and run with it! This is your chance to be part of something new and exciting, where your input and expertise will help to shape the future direction of our new corporation. Our philosophy is plain and simple: a vested partner will have the desire and committment that is needed to help insure the long term success of our business. The future partner that we are looking for must have an in depth knowledge of new recipe formulation, and a reputation within the industry for producing high quality craft beers. They must have a thorough understanding of brewery equipment and the ability to troubleshoot problems that may arise on any given day. They should be well versed in brew schedule production, cellaring, packaging, and distribution. We place an extremely high value on honesty, integrity, and good communication skills, as this individual will represent our corporation at local community events, national trade shows, and associated venues.
