We have a position open immediately for a Head Brewer in one of Canada's most exciting and innovative craft breweries. Paddock Wood is located in Saskatoon, one of the fastest growing cities in Canada. We have recently added 30% more tanks space and need a Head Brewer who can organize second shifts.
In addition to our main lines of beer, we want to give you creative room as well, and we do that through seasonal and "one-off" brews. If you have a passion for brewing, we might be a great fit.
You will need to have covered all aspects of brewery operations: CIP, filtration, bottling & packaging, brewing, inventory management, staff supervision. A medical and dental benefit package is also available.
We are seeking government help to attract non-Canadians, but currently you must have a valid work permit if you are not a Canadian resident.
