I've been brewing mead as a hobby for 7.5 years and now
I'm looking to start a business. In the mean time I'm looking for employment in the Seattle/Everett area. I'm experienced with a couple of champagne yeast, and can produce consistantly 18% with a dry clean flavor. I have also added fruits and spices to increase a variety flavors.
