Hope I'm in the correct forum. I will have a considerable amount of space/capacity in our brewery and I'm thinking of leasing out to contract brewing. Typically sixtels and 1/2 bbls. I've done some Googling and have ascertained that it's a low margin business but so long as my cash is flowing positively I don't mind taking on a decent multi thousand bbbl deal.
Does anyone have experience in this field? What type of margins to expect and gotchas to be aware of?
