Bridger Brewing Company is Montana’s newest craft brewery with a beautiful location overlooking the campus of Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana! We are fully funded, have a brand-new 10 bbl steam system, and full kitchen to service our taproom with a capacity of 250. The brewery operations will produce a diverse variety of standard and seasonal beer selections of distinctive character and utmost quality for sales both on and off-premises.
Excellent prospects exist for a highly motivated, organized and passionate brewer to join the BB Team and help launch Montana’s most exciting new brewery!
Job Description:
• Work in tandem with owner on all day-to-day brewing and cellar operations
• Assist with the development of new recipes, schedules, systems and quality control practices
• Assist with inventory, vendor and customer contracts, and P&L reports
• Represent BB at festivals and promotional events
Qualifications:
• 3 years of commercial brewery experience
• Problem solving skills and mind-set
• Team oriented and positive attitude
• Flexible shift availability
• Physical ability to lift 55 pound sacks of grain (we do have a silo – 2 in fact)
