Apple Blossom Brewing Company is a new brewpub being established in Northwest Arkansas on the southern edge of Lake Fayetteville, a beautiful 650 acre city park. Situated in the Ozark Mountains, and home to the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville has established itself as an up and coming location for both business and recreation. As we get up and running on a new 10bbl system, our head brewer will have the opportunity to develop recipes, and encouraged to experiment. They will also work closely with the owner/operators in all phases of the brewing process. Responsibilities and requirements will include the following:
• Brewing, filtration, fermentation monitoring, and carbonation.
• Keg filling and cleaning, CIP of brewery vessels, and maintenance of the cleanliness and sanitation of the brewery.
• Assisting in the ordering and receiving of ingredients and materials.
• Assisting in marketing and promotion, as well as the training and education of other staff.
• Documenting production, recipe development, and other brewery-related tasks.
At least one year of experience is preferred, but not required. Overseas applicants and applicants with formal brewing education will also be considered. Applicants must have strong mechanical and problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to perform long hours of physical work when required.
