Hello, and good day. My name is Jamen King and I live in Baltimore, Maryland. I have been homebrewing for two years now, and have fallen in love with it. The discovery of this passion has led me to enroll in the Community College of Baltimore County so that I may obtain an Associate of Science degreee in Chemistry. From there, I will be moving on to University of Maryland to obtain a degree in either BioChemistry of Food Chemistry. In the interim, I hope to obtain field experience. I am not a stranger to hard work, by any means. Though my interest in brewing lies in its analytical and artistic aspects, I am well aware that labor will always be a necessity.
