Shamrock Brewing Company is accepting applications for our head brewer position. We are looking for an outgoing, goal oriented individual who is capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A minimum of two years professional brewing experience
• Ability to handle all aspects of the brewery including maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
• A positive attitude
• The ability to maintain a clean and safe work area
• The ability to lift 55lbs
• The ability to develop new recipes while maintaining high quality control practices
• Good organizational skills
• The passion and commitment to brew the best product possible
Shamrock Brewing Company is located 40 minutes south of Colorado Springs in Pueblo, Colorado. Located on the Arkansas River, Pueblo has a milder climate, a lower cost of living and is surrounded by all the outdoor activities Colorado is known for.
