    Should we use a plate and frame filter?

    Hello,
    We are a startup that has ordered a 30bbl brew house .. We are considering using a 40x40 plate and frame filter with 60 plates.
    Are any of you using a similar filter as your primary filter? If so, I would like to speak with you about procedures and functionality of using a plate and frame filter. If you can spare a little knowledge please PM me here.
