1 pump or 2?

Hi,

We're having a new system built and have the option of using one pump for everything from mash to kettle including recirc with grant or put in a smaller pump dedicated to the grant.

What do you think?

I'd say it depends wholly on cost, and if your system design is such that you'd be able to use one pump for everything if one of your two pumps fails during a brew session.

You are better off to get one good pump than two cheap ones.
