One of Colorado’s fastest growing craft brewery’s is hiring a brewer to join our quickly growing team. The ideal candidate will have great passion for craft beer and a desire to innovate while maintaining the highest levels of quality and brand integrity.
Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing outstanding leadership. You should be passionate about craft brewing, inspiring others, coaching, and delivering the best products possible while maintaining, and constantly striving to expand a profitable environment. You must possess strong skills in all technical aspects of brewing and maintain high standards of facility management, including brewery sanitation, safety, quality control, and reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, inspire and maintain a strong team culture. - Maintain written facility policies, beer production standards and procedures. - Help to maintain and implement a successful lab & QA/QC protocol. – Working 2nd and 3rd shifts. - Work any necessary cellar and packaging shifts needed. - Have an obsession with maintaining a clean production facility. - Working a variety of beer festivals as well as other events. - Assist in any other tasks needed to run a successful brewery.
Job Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years experience in a production brewery preferred.
- Fundamental knowledge of plumbing and machinery.
- Excellent industry knowledge, including sensory analysis. - Strong work ethic is a must
- Experience with cellar work on packaging lines a plus.
