    Setup

From what I see, your keg cleaning system has two manifolds which are used for:

    If Setup for Keg Cleaning:

    1. Supply manifold (In my opinion is the one in front of picture)
    • Consists of rinse water inlet
    • CO2 or Air inlet
    • Hose (yellow) to Keg coupler
    • Inlet for cleaning solution from pump.

    2. Return manifold
    • Consists of a hose (gray) that is connected from the keg coupler to the manifold
    • Return to solution tank
    • Pressure gauge when pressurizing keg to desired level
    • Outlet to the drain to purge CO2 and beer

In my case (DME equipment) the gray hose is used to supply cold water and the yellow hose starts connected to the pump and then to the keg coupler, than a gray hose from the keg coupler to the return manifold, later at the drain outlet a gray hose is connected. Probably in your equipment is different.

    If Setup for Keg Filling:

    1. Supply manifold (In my opinion is the one in front of picture)
    • Direct connection from beer tank
    • Hose (yellow) to Keg coupler

    2. Return manifold
    • Consists of a hose (gray) that is connected from the keg coupler to the manifold
    • Pressure gauge when pressurizing keg to desired level
    • Outlet to the drain to allow excess foam or to allow pressure in keg to reach same level as BBT.

If you supply any additional pictures from different angles I can still help you find the way to make it work. Likewise, please indicate the descriptions in the yellow labels.

    Hope it helps.
