Central City Brewers & Distillers, twice recognised as Canada’s Best Brewery, and poised for a major expansion in 2013 is seeking an experienced brewery worker to join our passionate team.
Minimum requirements:
• At least one year of experience in a production brewery setting
• Formal brewing education e.g. IBD, UCD, Siebel, Niagara etc (minimum certificate level)
• Demonstrable passion for craft beer
• Flexible availability (i.e. could be night shifts, weekend shifts, less than full time hours etc)
Expected Duties
• Brewery CIP/sanitation operations
• Filtration/transfer operations
• Small format packaging (bottling, canning) operations
• Kegging/cask operations
• Assisting Brewing and Quality departments as required
