    Job Description:
    This position is responsible for providing outstanding leadership. You should be passionate about craft brewing, inspiring others, coaching, and managing the day-to-day business of sales to meet distribution, financial, and growth objectives.

    Job Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
    Conduct regular distributor meetings to promote all product knowledge, resolve issues and concerns, and create ways to deepen markets.
    Develop business plans detailing sales strategies for local team and distributor.
    Create and manage spending budgets for distributors.
    Hire, train, and manage all members of the local sales team, including annual reviews. Provide individual development as needed.
    Create and manage promotional calendar to drive sales and distribution.
    Plan and execute promotional events with key accounts.
    Liaise between brewery and sales staff.
    Participate in regular manager meetings to create sales goals and reports results.
    Understand and communicate the company’s mission, especially when incidence occurs that require sales staff to support and represent the company in a positive manner.
    Manage sales for on and off premise accounts, including orders, delivery, and account status.
    Manage POS products and account display.
    Conduct weekly meetings with sales team.
    Establish educational and testing program for sales team.
    Participate in festivals and promotional events.
    Trouble-shoot draft equipment issues for local accounts.
    Assist in future planning for growth.
    Stay current with industry trends.
    Ensure consistency with all marketing and sales activities.
    Adherence with all company policies and procedures.

    Job Requirements:
    Minimum of 3 years experience as a wholesale sales rep, with preference as a sales manager.
    College graduate preferred.
    Experience managing a staff with excellent leadership and motivation skills.
    Strong project management and problem solving skills.
    Competent with computer functions, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
    Excellent industry knowledge.
    Light travel is required.
    Able to work weekends.

    Lift 25 lbs.
    Move 150 lb. kegs
