Pelican Brewing Company is hiring an Assistant Brewer
The Pelican is expanding and needs to get get staff in place and comfortable with our operations before we open our new facility. We need a brewer who can perform all aspects of the production in the brewery working closely with the Brewery Team to produce high quality products as required by the production schedule not limited to but including filtration, fermenter and serving tank cleaning/sanitation, brew day tasks, fermentation tracking and waste water management. Must be able to set-up and operate the bottling line; perform CO2 and packaged air tests on bottled beer; filter setup, operation, cleaning; understand fining practices; fermenter and serving tank cleaning/sanitation and of course you must be able to safely operate a hand truck, pallet jack and forklift.
Everyone on our team has the opportunity to do a bit of it all.
