I am a restaurant and retail manager with 16 years of experience, including experience as a General Manager of a $1 mil+/year establishment. I am looking for a great opportunity with a company where I can help run a pub or taproom while learning other aspects of the brewery operations. I am well versed in inventory and ordering procedures, as well as staffing and scheduling. I have a strong social media presence, and I am dedicated to the growth of the business.
