My name is Matthias Hable I live in Germany and I am 22 years old.
At the moment I'm studying at Doemens Academie in Gräfelfing (Germany) to become a Brewmaster and State Certified Brewing and Beverage Technologist.
My final Exam is in July 2013.
After my apprenticeship as Brewer and Maltster I worked at the Spaten-Franziskanerbräu GmbH Brewhouse. After making that experience, I took the next step in working as a lab assistant for the company.
I learned a lot about the brewing process in general; from the admission of raw material to different types of beer and filling procedures.
Now I am looking for a new challenge to proof my skills abroad.
